Welcome to the digital gallery of Silva Bite. By accessing or browsing our collection slabs, ordering our single-origin chocolates, or engaging with our sensory tasting guides, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Silva Bite offers this website, including all information, tasting notes, and products available on this storefront to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Any new products or sensory sections added to the collections shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

2. Product Quality and Artisanal Variances

Our chocolate is handcrafted in micro-lots using stone-grinding wheels and manual tempering slabs. Due to the raw and unadulterated nature of single-origin heirloom cacao, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Natural variations in flavor, aroma notes, color, and surface textures are characteristic of high-altitude terroir and manual crafting.
• Type-V beta fat crystals are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Slabs should be stored in cool, dry conditions between 16°C and 18°C (60°F–64°F) to prevent fat bloom or softening.
• Product availability is subject to micro-lot harvest cycles, and we reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any collection.

3. Ordering and Delivery

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Slabs are packaged using specialized isothermal lining and gel packs during hot weather periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays or product deterioration due to incorrect shipping addresses or packages left unattended at delivery sites.

4. Intellectual Property

All assets on this site, including but not limited to the brand name "Silva Bite", logo typography, product descriptions, recipe details, tasting note frameworks, custom SVGs, and brand photography, are the exclusive property of Silva Bite and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Silva Bite, our chocolatiers, partners, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site, the consumption of our products (including allergic reactions to trace elements, although we clearly detail ingredients), or the storage of slabs in non-optimal environments.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or chocolates shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
